Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Condition of returned items To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from odours, perfume, deodorant, or any other scents
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Tried on over your own underwear only — swimwear tried on directly against the skin cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your cost.

How to start a return To start a return, use our returns portal RETURNS PORTAL. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. For questions, contact us at info@alessea.com.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

Damaged or incorrect items Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@alessea.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items The following cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items showing signs of wear, odour, or damage caused by the customer

Exchanges To exchange an item, return it under the conditions above and place a new order separately once your return is accepted.


Right of Withdrawal

EU customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification, under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. The same item condition requirements apply — the item must be unworn, unwashed, free from odours, with tags attached, and tried on over underwear only. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for the right of withdrawal due to hygiene reasons.

UK customers 
If your order is delivered within the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. The same item condition requirements apply. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Switzerland
Orders delivered to Switzerland are not subject to EU or UK statutory withdrawal rights. However, we voluntarily extend our 30-day return policy to Swiss customers under the same conditions stated above.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary by bank or card provider. If 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at info@alessea.com.
