Overview

Each piece is shipped from our production facilities in Latvia or Spain.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times below cover the full process from the moment you place your order to arrival at your door.

EU orders: 5–15 business days

All estimates include a preparation period of 1–3 business days during which your order is prepared, quality checked and packed. During peak periods such as holidays or promotional events, preparation may take longer than usual.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Costs

Flat 5€ shipping fees apply across the available EU and EFTA countries.

Free shipping on orders over 150€.

We currently ship to Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta and Switzerland.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive the confirmation email.

EU Customers

All prices include VAT. No additional duties or taxes apply for orders delivered within the EU.

Switzerland and Liechtenstein

Switzerland and Liechtenstein are not part of the EU customs union. Orders delivered there may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling fees on arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items under approx. €60 in value are typically delivered tax-free.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@alessea.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. In accordance with EU consumer law, risk of loss passes to you only when you physically receive your order. We will work to resolve any issue promptly.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@alessea.com. We will do our best to correct it before production begins but cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production.
